This is the fourth annual Santa's Polar Party and a wonderful opportunity to make memories with your children. said Becki Zaglifa, the Public Relations and Programming Manager for the Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission. Lumberjack Santa sweatshirt. Santa's Polar Party, which begins Friday at 6 p.m. and lasts until 8 p.m., will include many exciting holiday activities and new opportunities this year to make yuletide snacks and treats for children and for Santa's reindeer.
"Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here to visit with each child. Each participant will be given the opportunity to build their own Lego Reindeer mini build. Kids will also mix their own bag of reindeer food to sprinkle at their homes on Christmas Eve. Mrs. Claus's Kitchen will be open for kids to decorate their own Christmas cookie. 
Jefferson County Parks and Recreation strives to offer several family-friendly events throughout the year. Santa's Polar Party is one of the largest of these events. It's a wonderful opportunity to come together to celebrate the holiday season, but also just a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community. We strive to make our community a better place by offering opportunities for recreation, education, entertainment, community development, wellness and more.
